From a product to a brand
From there, we launched an ambitious brand positioning process; conducting market research, developing language and tone guidelines, and creating a portfolio of marketing assets to highlight their simple yet ingenious approach.
Next, we started an extensive AB testing campaign, helped them structure their pre-launch and launch strategy, and began onboarding Beta users. With that initial feedback, we reshaped the user experience and mobile user interface.
